quadamtenus
quādantĕnus or quādamtĕnus (in tmesi, Hor.; v. infra), adv. [quidam-tenus].
I.
To a certain point or limit, so far ( poet. and in post-Aug. prose):

est quadam prodire tenus, si non datur ultra,

Hor. Ep. 1, 1, 32.—
II.
Transf., to a certain extent, in some measure, somewhat:

citreis odor acerrimus, quadantenus et cotoneis,

Plin. 15, 28, 33, § 110:
